In Tokyo, I visited Hakata Ippudo twice. Braving through the cold, my sister and I queued for 30 minutes and we both agree that it was worth it. I couldn't resist the temptation of not having their ramen. There are Hakata Ippudo in Singapore, but the ones in Tokyo are a gazillion times better. The consistency of the ramen soup was thick and rich complimenting the perfectly textured noodles and crispy gyoza. I was extremely contented with the meal. The photos definitely do no justice on how flawless Hakata Ippudo.
Hakata Ippudo, you make me wanna have a bowl of ramen now!
This looks so amazing..
ReplyDeleteRecently I've really been eager to try something different and new for my tastebuds, maybe I should go for some Ramen?
Great photos as always, I really enjoy your blog :-)

Ramen are my favorite! Thank you for your kind words Emil :^)
DeleteWhen I was in Japan, I tried to eat as much ramen as I could! I never stopped by here though. I'm not too keen on lines, but I'm glad it was worth the wait! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

I looooove Ippudo! I didn't like ramen but that all changed when I tried Ippudo. And now, it's easily my go-to (albeit pricey) place for a ramen fix!

This is interesting! I would love to go to Japan, someday. Did you go through tour or own your own? If so, is public transport cheap? I love the vibrancy of your photos :) xx

Hi Hana thanks your kind words, it was a family trip and we got around by foot and the subway. The transport was reasonably priced and I look forward to your upcoming trip :)
