It is as chilly as ever in Tokyo and the cold air was harsh on my skin, leaving me numb. The ice cream store was deserted, but the strawberry glistening in the sun made me approach the store against my will. Well, it ended with a strawberry milk ice cream cone in my hand covered with strawberries. I should be craving for something warm but having an ice cream that never melts is everybody's dream. It was enjoyed wholeheartedly.
I went on to see some wildlife in the vicinity. The animals were so adorable especially the alpaca. It looked extremely lazy and apathetic about the world around him, solely caring about enjoying the wind that threw its fur in all different directions. I guess sometimes in life you got to take some time to kick back and relax.
love it!

Once again a really lovely post with beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteI really like how you went for the ice cream even though you felt cold. I LOVE ice cream during winter time, especially in cones, there is definitely something very satisfying about them never melting.

Wow, I can't believe it's that cold in Tokyo right now. I thought it was around 90 degrees there. This farm looks amazing! I went to Tokyo on holiday last November. We did lots of shopping in Roppongi Hills, Shibuya Station (pedestrian scramble), Harajuka District and so many temples. We didn't even have this farm on our radar. So much to see there. We spent several days on the bullet train heading out to Kyoto, Mt. Fugi & Osaka. I'm jealous of your visit to see Alpaca's and the yummy ice cream.
