White on white, recently I have been obsessed with white. If I have a choice in choosing color for my apparel, I would go for white.

On a Saturday morning, we headed down to the tiny roaster, a coffee studio located in a cozy corner in Clementi for some artisan hand brews. For a change, I decided to get myself an affogato and Ben got himself a cup of cold brew. This is the first time Ben is trying a cup of cold brew and he finds the flavors really interesting and fruity. The cold brew coffee has all the rich flavors of the coffee beans but lesser bitter oils making it really fragrant and easy to drink.

As for me, I absolutely love affogato. The concept of the affogato is as simple as a chilled scoop of ice cream with a hot shot of espresso poured over it but the results are always astounding! The marriage of ice-cream and coffee gives a nice creamy texture to the coffee but never overpowering it.
