I like watching sunsets, it seems like the only other time of the day that you can look directly at the magnificent sun asides from the sun rise that no one can actually wake up for. Today was really fruitful, I had three ice creams, burgers and a pint of beer with Ben. On my way to the beach, I popped by the "ice queen". Ice queen is a new store that sell hydrogen ice creams, making them fresh from a kitchen aid mixer and using hydrogen to freeze up the ice cream mixture was a great way to cool off before heading to the beach. We had the mango sticky rice and matcha.

We reached the beach just in time to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Ben and I walked along the beach as we watched our shadows disappear along with the sunset. It was such a pleasure watching the sunset with someone you love. Well, the pleasure did not stop there, it was time for dinner. We chanced upon a new bar where we ordered ourselves some burgers and a pint of beer, it was delish!! We rarely venture around the east side of Singapore and it was really an eye opening experience for us. Feeling bloated from the meal there was one last thing I had to do before feeling totally satisfied. I had to have one more ice cream ehehe. I was craving for this Japanese sea salt ice cream. There was nothing more I could ask for but leaving with a happy heart.
