As greasy and unhealthy as it sounds , fast food is something never fails to tease my taste buds. Burgers, hotdogs, fried chicken, onion rings and fries are just absolutely delicious and guess what! Eating fast food has a “cutlery free policy”! For this date, we had the Picante Cubano Haute dog and a Season’s cheese burger at the Seasons bistro. For Ben, a perfect burger means having a great sauce and the beef patty cooked at medium and the Seasons Bistro executed it flawlessly. Glancing through their menu, the pan seared foie gras caught my attention. It states on the menu that it contains chocolate ganache, bacon jam, caramelized bananas and granola crumbs. This sounds like the ingredients you would typically find in a dessert but this is definitely not one. The mix of flavors was very interesting but delish.
