East 8

Japan is one of my favorite destinations and one thing that keeps me going back is their cuisine. I love practically any food or drinks that has Japanese flavors in them. At East 8, I came across an interesting cocktail which had sake jelly, raspberries and touch of peach in it and I had to try it. The whole idea of having jelly in a cocktail was new to me but I absolutely loved it. The drink on its own was a beauty, it had trapped air bubbles which looked like a glass of champagne frozen in time. The flavors were delightful and they come in a pair.

Have a lovely week! x
