Resort world Singapore staycation never fail to keep my troubles away putting my mind at ease.I enter the hotel room, greeted by a huge bed and soft pillows. I quickly unpacked my bags and prepared to head down to the beach theme pool. I always loved how they had a pool bar where I can chill right after a swim. Right after the swim we had a glass of refreshing mojito. I really wished that I could hit the gym right after the swim but forgot my clothes. I really wished that I have gotten the Laila tank top from Lole. I love the tank in the Meteor Avalanche shade. The play of color is really interesting and I love the fit.

We had dinner in the hotel room that night, I completely underestimated how tiring it was to swim. I was famished and enjoyed my dinner while watching a horror film. I could not wish for more.

Hard rock hotel

The hard rock hotel at resort world has a swimming pool unlike any other. The infinity pool may be thousands of feet above ground but this swimming pool feels like having a beach in your own backyard. Half of the pool was made to look like a beach, which includes a nice sandy shore that remembers your footprints. On the other side of the pool, they have a pool bar that is perfect for having a snack after a long swim or playing in the pool. I had the classic fish and chips by the bar. It is pretty ironic how I am eating fish when they should probably be joining me in the pool. Well although the fish could not join me for a swim, it had a soft and fluffy texture and the crust had a nice crunch. I continued my swim but soon after, my stomach was grumbling once again. It was time I satisfied it once and for all. I went all out for a sinful buffet and demolished the ice creams as well. I retired for the night and gave my belly a good rest. The next morning, it was time to check out. There was one last thing I had to do. Room service! We ordered ourselves the pork ribs and the beef burger. The burger was pretty decent but the ribs were marvelous. The flesh was so succulent it came right off the bone! I would definitely not give this a miss and you should try it the next time you are there. Have a great week!

Summer staycation at hotel clover

The hotel clover camouflages among buildings along the street of North bridge road and would only be seen by discerning eyes. Making your way through the front door you will realize that it has been well furnished by vintage items. The rooms at clover are blessed with natural lighting and are extremely cozy. For this staycation I decided to wear my hollow circle gold earrings, I love how it glistens under the sun and they give an illusion of wearing a loop earring.
